chron of narn vs. wiz of oz

after thorough discussion in class today i've come to the conclusion that the wizard of oz, is both cosmic humanism and post modernism.
each of these worldviews is portrayed and demonstrated in a number of ways in the movie.
in the chronicals of narnia, the movie the lion the witch and the wardrobe the view is basically christiantianity. the lion is a symbol to represent Jesus. when he lion is killed and slaughtered at the end it is suppose to show how Jesus was crucified for our sins.
what both of these movies share in common is that they are not actual reality cuz in one dorthy is in a dream and the other they enter the wardrobe into a mystical, magical, fantasy. therefore, both of these acknowledge that there is a real world, and that their "worlds" are fictional. yet in the movies, dorthy can clack her heels and come back to the real world and the 4 kids know that they can come back through the wardrobe. in each of these fake worlds the kids and dorthy feel very important and people ackowledge them. also they are both similar in the ways that they both look up to a "creator" or "higher power."
